"Got McAdam Roofing to come out and check a suspected problem with my roof (water stain on bedroom ceiling). Came out at the time arranged went up on roof to check location, found a slipped tile and pushed back into place. There opinion was the roof looks fine and they suspected the problem was the slipped tile, advising that that should be the end of it and recommended i just wait and see - on request they did give me a price for further investigatory works but again recommended that the slipped tile will no doubt have resolved the issue and it would be better to wait and see if issue fixed rather than spending on further investigation, although they would do the work if i wanted. (I should add that the issue has not reoccured).
Lastly despite them getting up on the roof and pushing the tile back in place (fixing the issue) there was no charge.
If you have a problem I would 100% recommend getting McAdam Roofing out.
