At McAdam Roofing Ltd, we invest in our staff. Training is a high priority of ours as it ensures safe working practices are followed, work is carried out to a high standard and staff feel valued. All our staff are trained to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Slating and Tiling.

We have a specialist in lead work who has completed the Traditional Lead work Craft and four members of staff who have completed a Lead Bossing and Welding Course.
