We carry out:
- Repairs to all types of roof coverings, flat or pitched, new-build or Listed properties.
- General overhaul of the coverings to prolong the life of your roof.
- We have large stocks of reclaimed slates and tiles and, if not in stock, our vast experience enables us to source the materials we require for any project.
- A full appraisal of your roof will be made and an itemised, no obligation, free quotation provided.
We will never try to sell you services that you don’t need and will not replace materials unnecessarily.
Roof Maintenance Programmes
We provide:
- Annual Maintenance programmes, include removal of debris from guttering and rainwater pipes*
- An inspection of the roof slopes and roof repairs carried out as necessary**
- A plan of your property, highlighting any issues.
- An up to date report of the condition of your roof, guttering and rainwater pipes.
The survey carried out and the report that follows is to ensure your property is kept to a sustainable condition throughout its serviceable life.
*Costs can be provided for the Annual Maintenance Programme, upon request.
